Your favorite local artist is back! Learn the basics of Charcoal Drawing with local artist Megan Hoha on Thursday, September 18th, 5-6 p.m. in the Rhinelander library meeting room. Registration for this beginner-friendly class begins on September 4th and will be limited to 16 people. Ages 18+.
