There are still appointment times available to sign up for FREE COVID-19 Testing with the National Guard starting Tuesday, December 22, 2020, from 8 am - 4:30 pm. 

Appointments are required and can be made online at https://hipaa.jotform.com/202896151490054 or by calling 715-499-1192, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. 

Please do NOT call the church.
