Learn the basics of lactic acid fermentation, including Safety 101. Sample homemade pickled food, gain recipes for success, and practice making your own. Take home your sample to complete the process at home. Good health starts with good food. Wear clothing suitable for getting messy in the kitchen. Bring your favorite apron if desired. Cost includes all supplies and samples.
