Replenish your mental health! Join Kathy Mitchell for Mindfulness for Emotional Wellness at the Rhinelander District Library. Kathy Mitchell was a psychotherapist for over 40 years until her retirement. When practicing meditation and mindfulness, she found these practices to be life-changing and transformative. She immediately began to integrate them into her therapy practice as both individual guidance and group programs and practice. In retirement, she continues to have an abiding commitment to offer this guidance and discussion as a service to the Northwoods community. Her intention is to make this wisdom practical and accessible to everyone, while constantly deepening her own practice of these concepts. This event is open to teens and adults.
