Show Up For Yourself is a series of mental health programs from RDL, designed to give you specific strategies to support your mental health and well-being--and of course, give you time to relax! Every Friday in October, in the RDL meeting room from 3:30-4:30 p.m. On October 6th, learn about coping skills for living with a mental health condition from Melissa Houg, a Community Resource Coordinator and mental health speaker.
