DESCRIPTION:Newcap\, Inc.\, is a Community Action Agency serving the needs of low- and moderate-income people in Northern and Northeastern Wisconsin.  Every three years we solicit information and input to learn about the problems and concerns of the residents we serve\, as well as\, the viewpoints of those who represent the residents of our service area.
