DESCRIPTION:FIT in the Park is a free outdoor community exercise program held at Hodag Park during July and August. All fitness levels are welcome. \n\n\n\nFIT in the Park will be held at Hodag Park (beach house) on Saturday\, July 28 at 9:00am will be "Yogilates!"\n\n\n\nThese are FREE 60-minute classes led by YMCA certified group instructors.\n\n\n\nThese summer programs welcome all fitness levels. All classes will focus on fundamental movements for the beginner and the elite athlete. Classes will offer strength and conditioning\, flexibility\, mobility\, balance and core.\n\n\n\nPlease note that changes or cancellations due to rain or poor weather will be posted on the YMCA of the Northwood's Facebook page.\n\n\n\nFor questions about these programs\, please ontact the Y at 715-362-9622 or visit www.ymcaofthenorthwoods.org.
