In this luncheon program\, we will explore techniques for coping during the holidays\, including tips for attending holiday events\, the use of ritual and remembrance\, and self-care strategies.\n\n\n\nCoping with Grief During the Holiday Season\, a free program for those who have experienced the death of a loved one\, will be held Monday\, November 18\, 1:30   3 p.m. The program\, presented by Ascension at Home will be held at the Minocqua Public Library (large conference room) in Minocqua.
