DESCRIPTION:Kick off your Thanksgiving Day with the annual 5K Turkey Trot in downtown Rhinelander. The run/walk starts and ends at the parking lot of St. Mark Lutheran Church (next to the historic Oneida County Courthouse building).\n\n\n\nThis event will be chip timed. Registration prior to November 1st is only $20. On or after November 1st\, it will be $25\, with $30 same-day registration. Youth 12 and under are $10 less than the current adult prices\, and will be adjusted accordingly at check-out\, as our way of supporting families who want to run together. Packet pick-up and same-day registration will likewise occur at St. Mark Lutheran Church.\n\n\n\nWinners of each age group will receive a Thanksgiving pie as their award. Age groups will be in 10-year increments.\n\n\n\nFunds raised from this event will pass through St. Mark Lutheran Church\, and then be disbursed to area individuals or organizations in need. Each year the recipient may change\, but it will always stay local to help make our community in and around Rhinelander the best it can be.
